"Tawtheeq" project has two core phases:

1. Setup Phase

This phase refers to the initial setup and registration needed to use "Tawtheeq" System and includes three main steps as follows:

a) Account Opening
In this step property owners and property management companies (Users) are required to fill the Profile and Preferences Form (PPF) (which is also available in the Documents Centre - Land & Real Estate - Tawtheeq) along with supporting documents and submit to ADM.

b) Property Registration
All leasable properties have to be registered in this step. Users will have to duly fill the data sheet templates and submit to ADM for registration on "Tawtheeq" System. For more information on Propery Registration please refer to Data Migration Guide (Property Registration) which is also available in the Documents Centre - Land & Real Estate - Tawtheeq.

c) Existing Contracts Registration
In this last step, Users are required to provide details of all existing tenancy contracts of the registered properties by filling the respective data sheet templates and submit to ADM to finalize the Setup Phase. There are various business models or approaches to assist Users complete all the three steps mentioned above:

  1. 1- Data Migration Kits (DMK) for Property and Existing Contracts Registration
  2. 2- Submitting the DMKs online directly on "Tawtheeq" System
  3. 3- "Tawtheeq" Web Application
  4. 4- Data Analysis Service
    Upon completion of all the three steps using any of the business models mentioned above, Users will be provided with their account details to proceed to the System Usage Phase.
