The Department of Urban Planning & Municipality (DPM) has conducted an important measure on permit procedure. The attached Flow Chart provide a clarification on the Building Permit Procedures for projects within Approved Master Plan. The Sub-Developers will coordinate directly with the Master Developer to obtain a stamped Plot's DCR from the Department of Urban Planning & Municipality and Master Developer.
In this regard, we would like to announce that effective 14 January 2018; all Sub-Developers can directl4 appl4 for Building Permits as per procedures using Municipalities Electronic Permits S4stem (MEPS) in accordance with approved OCR and with no further need to request NOCs and Preliminar4 Approvals.
DPM believes that this procedure will enhance and improve the permits formalities, provide great deal of ease of doing business and speed up the approval process for the Sub-Developer in obtaining the Building Permits for their projects.
